The Clock Tower was built in the eighteenth century in the late Baroque style as a bell tower of the planned but never built, new Greek Catholic Cathedral.

For 123 years the tower was used by firefighters as a fire watch tower and the observation point. Inside it there is an interesting and unique exhibition of the Museum of Bells and Pipes, and the observation deck offers a breathtaking panorama of the old town of Przemysl.
